1. What are your business hours?
Our web site is available for on-line orders 24 hours a day seven days a week ready to receive and process your orders. Our office is opened Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm EST.

9. How long will it take before the merchandise is shipped?
The merchandise usually is shipped within 24 hours. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for order to be delivered by UPS ground service. Please call for rush shipping.

Each month we receive many different new styles, and we post all the new arrivals on the web whenever they are available to order.

11. What is the return/exchange policy?
We want our customers get the qualified service. If you would like to exchange or return the products, claims for discrepancies and damages need to be made within 2 days of receipt of merchandise. Defective merchandise, due to manufacturing will be either exchanged, credited to your account, or refunded. Attention: Service charge, shipping and handling is not refundable under any circumstances
